Based in Copertino, Severino Garofano produces wines from the Negroamaro grape.

Cantina Ariano is a small producer making organic wines in Puglia.

Tormaresca is the Antinori group’s Southern Italian wine estate located in the heart of Puglia. Here they produce the typical varieties of the region, including the highly accalimed Nero di Lupo from the Aglianico grape.

Producing around four million bottles a year, Paolo Leo is one of the bigger players in the Salento area of Puglia. That being said, the company produce some excellent value wines, particularly in the DOCs of Primitivo di Manduria and Salice Salentino.

Villa Schinosa is known for producing rich, deep wines from the Nero di Troia grape.

The Cantele winery produces fruit driven wines from Negroamaro in Salento.

Torrevento produce fine, elegant wines in Puglia’s Castel del Monte DOC.
