“An outstanding example of Copertino. Seductive herbal notes compliment plum, damson and ripe blackberry compote. Rich and concentrated on the palate yet still maintains an impressive velvety texture. This is powerful and tannic yet backed up by complexity. Earthy notes are encased in swirls of tobacco smoke, liquorice and morello cherry. Dense and brooding with subtle aromas of chocolate and blueberry on this finish. One of the great red wines of Puglia.”
