Paul Caputo is a UK based wine writer, judge and critic. He is a VinItaly International Academy Ambassador and writes regularly for various publications. He previously ran an online wine merchant and successful pop up wine bar.
Lauren Mowery serves on Decanter Magazine’s US editorial team, after spending five years as the travel editor at Wine Enthusiast. Currently, she spends six months of the year on the road uncovering new wines and travel experiences whilst specialising in Italian, Spanish, South African, and Greek wines.
Russian-born, Valeria has lived and worked in eight countries of Europe and Asia. Having started her wine career in 2009, she is now a VIA Italian Wine Ambassador and winner of the 2018 Best Female Sommelier of Russia competition.
Ivana is a writer, judge and critic based in North Macedonia. She specialises in the wines of the Balkans.
Lisa Rowlands is Vinorandum’s voice on Switzerland. With a passion for wine, food and travel journalism, as well as a growing affinity for German and Italian, Lisa is well placed to offer insight into this small but quality focussed country.

Based in Seattle Washington, USA, Hayley believes a passion for wine paired with a desire to learn creates a never ending journey. Her wine adventures started in restaurants 15 years ago and she now works for an American based importer. Her accolades include the WSET Diploma in Wine and the VinItaly International Italian Wine Expert certificate.
Richard Baudains writes about Italian wine for Decanter magazine and chairs a panel at the Decanter World Wine Awards. He is on the local team of the Slow Wine guide and teaches courses on wine journalism at the Università delle Scienze Gastronomiche. He lives in Gorizia, in Friuli-Venezia Giulia.
Kistine Mansuy, founder of Kikico-Wine Events, is a graduated sommelier of the Quebec Institute of Tourism and Hospitality. Involved in the industry for the past 15 years, she has collaborated with renowned brands such as Fairmont Hotels, Relais & Châteaux and Pol Roger Champagne.
