Corvina (50%)Corvinone (30%)Rondinella (20%)
“Clove, liquorice and wild herb jostles with swirling notes of plum, blackberry and tobacco to offer an enticingly complex nose. Medium bodied, with velvety rich tannins and deep waves of black fruit compote, this is a fine example of balanced and elegant ripasso. Showcases both terroir and the power of the technique.”

“Crowd pleaser. Ripe cherry on the nose, backed up by faint notes of violets and sweet spice. Medium bodied with fresh acidity. Well structured, dry tannin ensconced in bitter cherry, dried red fruits, tobacco leaf and a touch of fennel. Dry, modest finish.”
87 Paul Caputo
