In the mouth there is high alcohol, but nicely balanced and far from intrusive. Deep dark fruit, lifted with subtle flavours of blood orange and stone fruit. Long, juicy finish. Intriguing wine.”

“Piercing cherry fruit, with some floral tones. Summery style, with tart red fruit on a bed of marzipan. Some complexity going on, with delicate gooseberry notes leading to strawberry and raspberry. Fresh, lively acidity. Well balanced. Attractive rosato.”

“Impressive chalky texture on the palate. A very fresh, shimmering white wine, with well integrated acidity suggestive of good ageing potential. A little warm alcohol on the finish merges with almond. Nice notes of apricot and stone fruit, hints of banana. Moderate finish.”
