Lazio IGP

Cantina Cincinnato produce wines from the typical varieties of Lazio, including the white Bellone and the red skinned Cesanese grape.

The Fontana Candida name is synonymous with the volcanic soils of Frascati.

At Colle Picchioni the Di Mauro family have been producing wines from the local grape varieties of Lazio since 1976. Although made from international varieties, Il Vassallo is the estate’s top red wine, produced from selected vines.

Principe Pallavicini is one of the great historic names of Lazio wine making.

Marco Carpineti produces organic wine on the slopes of the Lepini Mountains, close to the town of Cori, around 55km south of Rome. Farming 41 hectares of vineyard, the company is known for interesting local varieties such as Bellone and Greco Moro.

Based in Latina, Casale del Giglio are known in Lazio for the cultivation of international grape varieties such as Merlot, Petit Verdot and Petit Manseng.

Poggio le Volpi is well known for producing one of the benchmark Frascati Superiore wines.

Based in the heart of Lazio, where the Tiber Valley is dominated by Monte Soratte, Tenuta Santa Lucia and its 45 hectares of vines extend across the rolling green hills. A range of varieties are planted, including Sangiovese, Montepulciano, Carignano and Falanghina Flegrea.

Casale Marchese is one of the great historic estates of Frascati.
