Founded in 2014, Casareli produces natural wine with traditional Georgian methods in qvevri. Eight hectares are planted in Kakheti and focus on the native varieties such as Chitistvala, Mtsvivani, Dzaganidze, Kisi, Khikhvi as well as the better known Rkatsiteli and Saperavi.
