Cantina Scala Fenicia is one of the last remaining producers of wine on the small but prestigious island of Capri, just off the coast of Naples. With vineyards planted on steep terraces, grapes such as Greco, Falanghina Flegrea and the local Biancolella are blend to create a crisp, but floral white wine.
