Zalema is a white grape found in the south of Spain, particularly around the town of Huelva in Andalucia. It produces light wines and is often used in the area’s output of Sherry-like fortified wines.
Bodegas Iglesias is well respected and acknowledged for the quality of wines from the little known Condado de Huelva DO.
