Tinta de Toro

Tinta de Toro is a red grape variety grown in the Spanish appellation of Toro. Its origins in the region date back to Roman antiquity and has long been admired for its potential to produce full bodied red wines with delicate notes of forest fruits and spice. The variety is considered to be a biotype of Tempranillo and unique to Toro.
