Known as Pinot Bianco in Italy, Pinot Blanc is one of the great white grape varieties of Alsace. It produces crisp whites wines with plenty of acidity and light, neutral fruit flavours.

Well balanced and very polished in the mouth, boasting more than a decade of positive oxidisation. Attractive mellow texture and gentle evolved mousse, finishing with faint citrus. A very impressive wine.”
Champagne Chassenay d’Arce is co-operative cellar founded in in 1956. Today it comprises 130 growers in the Côte des Bar area of Champagne and specialises in the cultivation of Pinot Noir. The company produces around 1.5 million bottles a year.
Based in Bergheim in the heart of Alsace, Domaine Marcel Deiss are one of the go to names of the region. Spread over nine villages they boast twenty-six hectares of hillside vineyard.
