Brachetto d’Acqui is an aromatic red skinned variety grown in Piedmont. It finds its best expression in the Brachetto d’Acqui DOCG where its appears slightly sweet but always perfumed. It can also be found as a mono-varietal in the region’s Piemonte DOC.
